FOUNDER

Shyam regularly advises in civil law and global business services. He assists international clients looking to relocate or establish activities in Mauritius and in setting up global business activities licensed by the Financial Services Commission. His clients include corporates, entrepreneurs, individuals and major associations.

Shyam worked in the legal team of a major offshore management company and the Board of Investment of Mauritius. He held the post of Treasurer of the Mauritius Bar Association in 2019.  Shyam holds an LLB (Hons.) from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School.  He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2009 and the Mauritian Bar in 2011.
